The Radio Doesn't Help

I got in my car this morning ten minutes earlier than normal, so that I could get to work on time in this blizzardy condition.

Right when I was backing out of my garage the radio pipes in, "Today is not the day to be on the roads. If at all possible, you should stay home." The radio continued to list the numerous accidents on the roads that I would face.

Too bad I had to work today.

I was ten minutes late to work.
