Maycee's dad

On Saturday, Stephen missed a call from our Nursery leader, Kristin Sparks, asking him to substitute. We are pretty good friends with the Sparks.

He called her back later that night. Their daughter Chevelle, answered the phone.

Chevelle: Hello?
Stephen: Hi! This is Stephen Post, is your mom there?
Chevelle: ...MOM...someone's on the phone for you and I don't know who it is.
Kristin: Hello?
Stephen: Hi Kristin, this is Stephen Post.
Kristin pauses and then yells to her daughter: Chevelle, it's Brother Post!...Maycee's dad? (and then to Stephen) Sorry Stephen, you will now forever be known as Maycee's dad.

I guess our lives change in ways we don't expect!
