Call Family Vacation....Just because MOM refuses to call it a family reunion.

WE WENT TO McCALL!!  Love that place.

We got up to the camp site really late on Wednesday night.  Around midnight.  So Stephen and I just pulled everything out of the car and slept in the back.  We were pretty squished back there.  We even gave Cooper to Grandpa and we were still crammed.  I slept pretty well, though!

This year was Kelsey & Nathan's year.  So we started the vacation off in Taysom style.

Taysom style started Thursday morning as we hiked to our first adventure.

Rock climbing.

When we got to the mountain, Dad was a little too impatient to wait for the ropes and harnesses.  He scrambled up that mountain with his fingers and toes.

Showoff.

This was the cutest thing.  Krystal is Maycee's music teacher in primary and Krystal practices with her a lot.  Here they are all singing 'Families Are of God' with the sign language.

Stephen's hike up.

Mom's hike up.

Kiddos giving it a crawl.

Stephen was starting to get a little nervous at this point.  Maycee was going on her own and didn't want to come back...don't worry, she got down eventually; unharmed. :)

After rock climbing we had lunch, then packed up our campsite and headed to the 2nd campsite a little closer to McCall.  That afternoon we ended up at the local ice cream hot spot.

Yum.  Good stuff.

Thursday night came.  And we slept.

The next morning we were up early.  At least my tent was up early.  That early sunrise and my kiddos...

...Why is it SO difficult to get little kids to ALL look at the camera at the same time!!

This picture cracks me up.  Lexi was screaming her head off while Stephen was trying to make her happy.  He was unsuccessful.

We found a beach.  Maycee bulldozed right into the water to show off her mad swimming skills.  Then she got out and wanted to be held in a towel for the next hour.  So, I improvised.  Check out my amazing sand molding skills!  Maycee makes such a cute, clothed mermaid.

That afternoon Dad blew up his intensive raft and we floated out and goofed around.

Here is Stephen teaching my mom how to do a back flip.

Krystal and I had a conversation with my mom not too long ago.  She asked why we had so many ridiculous pictures of her.  Well, Mom.  You give us so many opportunities!

Twinners!

That night we stayed up way too late goofing off and playing games.  We had lots of fun though!

The next morning we packed up and headed home.

Thanks for a fun weekend, Kelsey and Nathan!!
